At Floreo Design Studio, we believe a home is more than just a collection of rooms—it is the foundation for a life well-lived. Taking our name from the Latin floreo, meaning "to flourish," our mission is to help homes grow into their full potential, creating spaces that feel as good as they look.
Led by Interior Designers Natalie and Adelle, and supported by Architectural Designer Georgia, our boutique practice is centered on thoughtful transformation. We specialize in residential renovations and tailored colour consulting, guiding our clients through each stage of the design journey with clarity and care.
Our approach balances creative vision with practical planning. We believe the best interiors don’t just look beautiful—they support the rhythms of everyday living. By blending soft, refined design with thoughtful pops of warmth and colour, we ensure every detail feels considered and every space functions beautifully for real life.

Natalie
Certificate of Interior Design
Natalie brings a natural eye for colour, styling, and material selection, with extensive experience across furniture, interior styling, and finish specification. Known within the studio as the go-to for all things finishes, she has a talent for layering textures, tones, and materials to create spaces that feel both refined and effortless. A busy mum of three, she balances her creative work with family life and a strong focus on considered, detail-driven design.
Adelle
Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours)
Adelle brings a diverse design background spanning lighting design, interior design, property styling, and architectural finishes, with extensive experience working across natural stone and material specification. Her multidisciplinary approach combines a strong eye for detail with a deep understanding of how materials, lighting, and spatial design come together to create refined and considered interiors. She is mum to a daughter, Poppy, and brings the same level of care and intention to both her work and home life.
Georgia
Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architecture)
Georgia is an experienced architectural designer with a strong background in architectural detailing and documentation, bringing a refined and highly considered approach to residential design. She has delivered high-end single and multi-residential projects across Melbourne, London, Oman and The Bahamas, with experience spanning concept development through to detailed resolution and delivery. Her thoughtful design approach, technical expertise, and eye for detail make her an integral part of the studio. Away from the studio, she is mum to two little girls.
